Paste the product page, upload the ingredients label, and we compare the claim on the shop window with the amounts on the pack. The first check is free with an account.

## How it works

1. Paste the product page from the shop or brand site.
2. Photo the ingredients label, or screenshot the panel.
3. Read a plain-English report on the claim, the dose, what research says, and clearer options if we find any.

## Who pays us

You do. Brands do not. No brand ads, no commission on alternatives, and we say we cannot tell when the label hides the dose.
