1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using De-Influenced (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

De-Influenced is a supplement analysis tool that evaluates product ingredients, transparency, and dosing. We compare products against a curated database of alternatives to help you find better value.

3. Not medical advice

The information provided by De-Influenced is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement regimen.

4. Ingredient Transparency Score & methodology

The De-Influenced Ingredient Transparency Score is our own independent, editorial rating. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by any government body, regulatory authority (including the FSA or EFSA), or industry organisation.

Scores are algorithmically derived from three factors: dose disclosure, ingredient specificity, and label clarity. Dose assessments reference published clinical literature, but the scoring methodology and weightings are proprietary to De-Influenced.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but scores may not reflect the most recent product formulations. Manufacturers may change ingredients, dosing, or labelling at any time without notice to us.

5. Accounts & billing

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • Free accounts receive a limited number of one-time analysis credits.
  • Paid subscriptions provide up to 50 analyses per monthly billing cycle, with unlimited access to alternative recommendations.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time via your account settings.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Automated scraping or bulk querying of the Service.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer our analysis algorithms.
  • Using the Service to defame or harass any brand or individual.

7. Intellectual property

All content, analysis reports, Ingredient Transparency Scores, comparisons, and other materials generated by De-Influenced are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright. They are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may share your own analysis results privately for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unless you have our prior written permission, you may not:

  • reproduce, republish, distribute, or display any report, score, or comparison on any website, app, social media platform, or other public channel;
  • sell, license, or otherwise commercialise any part of our content;
  • use any report, score, or comparison to promote, market, advertise, or sell any product or service, including by the brand analysed or its competitors.

This applies whether or not the content has been edited or reformatted. Product URLs you submit remain your own.

8. Limitation of liability

De-Influenced is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
